  3. Lift the lower eyelid: With your left hand, gently pull down the lower eyelid to create a small pocket.
  4. Apply the medication: With your right hand, hold the medication bottle or tube above the eye and carefully squeeze the prescribed amount into the eye.
  5. Massage the medication: Gently massage the area around the eye to help distribute the medication evenly.
